A. Clyde and Mae B. Freeland Endowed Scholarship

The A. Clyde and Mae B. Freeland Endowed Scholarship was established in 1987 by Mr. and Mrs. Freeland’s four children in honor of their parents’ 50th wedding anniversary.

Mrs. Freeland graduated from the St. Luke’s Hospital Training School for Nurses in 1933. After graduation, she was posted to Lake View Hospital in Danville, Illinois, where she met Clyde, her husband of 61 years.
