Beverly and Maurice Gross Medical Endowed Scholarship
The Beverly and Maurice Gross Medical Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2006 with a generous gift from Mr. and Mrs. Gross to support students enrolled in the Rush Medical College.
Mr. Gross is well regarded as a business and philanthropic leader in Chicago. His entrepreneurial vision guided him from his family roots in the retail business to the commercial finance world. In 1998, he and his son, Randy, initiated the family?s charitable relationship with Rush by creating the Gross Family Endowed Research Fund to provide funding for research into infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS. Mr. Gross then expanded his giving relationship with Rush by establishing this endowed scholarship.
