Dorothy Lewis Stanclift Endowed Nursing Scholarship Fund

The Dorothy Lewis Stanclift Endowed Nursing Scholarship was established in 1998 by Mr. Ray J. Stanclift, Jr. in memory of his wife.

Mrs. Stanclift was a 1941 graduate of the St. Luke’s Hospital Training School for Nurses. During World War II, she served as a nurse in the U.S. Navy, where she and Ray met. After the war, Dorothy and Ray married and began their long life together, raising three children.

This scholarship is intended to honor a Rush College of Nursing Student who demonstrates academic excellence and financial need.
